Frequently Asked Questions

  • A Fractional Integrator or COO is an embedded member of your leadership team that ensures the organization runs smoothly. I help translate strategy into action, facilitate meetings, keep priorities on track, and build accountability so your leadership team can execute consistently — without the need for a full-time executive.

  • Not necessarily. While much of my work centers around organizations operating on EOS, it’s not a requirement to get started.

EOS provides a practical framework that helps leadership teams quickly align and build structure. If you’re already running on EOS, I can step in and help you execute it consistently. If you’re not, we can begin by addressing your immediate operational needs and determining whether EOS is the right fit for your organization.

If you decide to formally implement EOS, I can connect you with a certified EOS Implementer who can help guide that process.

  • The structure of a fractional partnership depends on your organization’s needs. Most often, I start with a 3-month engagement and review ongoing needs at the end of that term.

Clients choose the level of support that works best for them — from facilitating weekly L10 Meetings to being embedded with your leadership team up to 25% of the time.

For teams in Northern Colorado, I am able to provide both in-person and remote support. For teams outside of Northern Colorado, I provide remote support, with quarterly on-site meetings available.

  • You can expect clearer priorities, more effective leadership meetings, real accountability, and an operational structure that enables the team to execute reliably.

For nonprofits, this also means smoother internal processes to support sustainable impact.

  • Yes! I partner with mission-driven organizations to create operational structure, accountability, and clarity while respecting the organization’s purpose and culture. Strong operations help nonprofits achieve greater impact without sacrificing their mission.

  • Typically, we begin with a discovery call to understand your organization’s goals, challenges, and current operational rhythm. From there, we define the type and level of fractional support that makes sense, whether ongoing leadership or specific projects.
