Leadership Discovery Session

  • Clarify expectations of the Integrator / COO role

  • Answer questions openly

  • Determine whether this partnership makes sense for everyone

The Explore Phase

(First 2–4 Weeks)

This is where we build the foundation.

Objective: Develop a rapid, practical understanding of your business and leadership rhythm.

Focus areas include:

  • Building trust with the Visionary and leadership team

  • Clarifying vision, strategy, and growth priorities

  • Identifying bottlenecks and accountability gaps

  • Reviewing structure, metrics, and financial drivers

Outcomes:

  • Clear definition of the Integrator role and authority

  • Agreement on top priorities and quarterly Rocks

  • Summary of key execution constraints

  • A practical roadmap for ongoing work

The Embedded Integrator phase

(Ongoing)

Objective: Operate as a consistent, embedded operational partner.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Leading weekly Level 10 Meetings

  • Driving accountability for Rocks and Scorecard metrics

  • Translating vision into executable plans

  • Surfacing and resolving issues that impede progress

  • Strengthening cross-functional alignment

Measures of success:

  • Clear ownership across the leadership team

  • Consistent completion of quarterly priorities

  • More productive meetings

  • Increased predictability in results
