Why the name “Small Chair”?
When you invite someone into your organization, you want to know they’ll care about it the way you do.
To me, stewardship means caring for something on behalf of its rightful owner. Your business isn’t mine to redefine — it’s yours to lead. My role is to strengthen it, support it, and help it run with clarity and consistency.
